All units are sturdily built and well maintained - the long-term perspective under which our family business operates means we have a policy of pro-active maintenance and constant phased upgrading of buildings.

The Closer the better.

Instead of offering one or two giant storage facilities, we offer smaller sites dispersed across the North East & Cumbria. This is less "efficient" for us but we feel the benefits to our customers is worth it.

Many of our sites are located in residential areas - some of our customers live less than a minute from their storage space.

Our sites are located with travelling time in mind - distance is less important than time. None are more than 2 minutes from trunk roads.

Many of our customers tell us horror stories about service that evaporates once they have signed up to rent a facility.
